You have probably brewed the same tea several times and it hasn't always tasted the same. It is most likely because the infusion temperature was different. With this thermometer you will be able to control the water temperature accurately and infuse each type of tea to perfection.
How to use: Heat the water until it boils (100ºC). Insert the thermometer into the water and wait until it reaches the recommended infusion temperature shown on our label, which varies between 70 and 100 ºC.
