These are the Terms and Conditions governing the contractual relationship for the purchase of products offered by REPLANTEA in its online shop.

The Terms and Conditions of Sale described below exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user of the ELISABETH MARTÍN SÁNCHEZ Web pages (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") and the seller, ELISABETH MARTÍN SÁNHEZ. (hereinafter referred to as "REPLANTEA" or also as "We") and owner of the online shop: www.replantea.es with registered office at Avenida de Andalucía 53, 18300 Loja (Granada) with NIF 14631809Z.

1. OBJECT

1.1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase is the supply by REPLANTEA of the products offered in its Online Shop, in exchange for an economic benefit.

2. ENTRY INTO FORCE

2.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with your order confirmation, constitute the contract between REPLANTEA and the Client for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions shall apply.

2.2. The Client shall be deemed to have agreed to the general conditions provided for in this text from the moment it accepts that it has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2.3. In order to be able to deliver orders, we are also dependent on the correct and timely delivery of the goods. If any of the ordered items are not available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. If the goods you have ordered cannot be delivered, we will inform you immediately. If the sum due has already been paid, we will reimburse you. We do not accept any liability for damages resulting from delays in delivery, unless it can be proven that we have been negligent.

In the event that any of the products ordered are not available within the relevant period of time, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative delivery under the same conditions. If this is the case, we will offer you the opportunity to accept such alternative delivery.

We will notify you if an item displayed on the website is no longer available and has changed price.

3. PRICE

3.1. All prices are expressed in the following currencies:

Shipping costs will be added to these prices if applicable. Shipping costs are shown on our website and can be viewed at the time of ordering. Prices quoted at the time of order are correct, errors and omissions excepted.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

4.1. We will ship the goods from our warehouse to the address indicated. Any information regarding delivery time is non-binding. Whenever possible, your order will be sent in a single shipment.

The order will take 1 or 2 days to process plus the time of the logistics operator to deliver it to the indicated address. If payment by bank transfer or in advance is required, delivery will be delayed until the amount requested has been paid in full.

You will receive an email indicating the dispatch of the package, and if the logistics operator allows it with the tracking number of the shipment.

The shipping costs will depend on the area where the order is sent, see table below. In mainland Spain, the shipping costs for orders over 35€ will be free. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, standard shipping will be free from €60 and for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla from €80.

5. PAYMENTS

Payment for the items purchased and the shipping costs may be made by the various means available on our website. If the products ordered are not available and payment has been made, payment will be made by the same method of payment used.

We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software security protocol. With this system, your data, name, address and card number are encrypted and transmitted securely over the Internet. During the transfer, no third party will be able to read your data.

These are the methods of payment accepted by REPLANTEA.

5.1. Payment by card

We accept payments made with Visa, Mastercard y American Express.

Payment will be made, without changing page, once you click on "Place order" directly accessing the order summary page.

We are committed to protecting your card and your data. All data on the website is sent using SSL secure protocol so that neither REPLANTEA nor any third parties other than the payment platform can access it. If you save your card details for future payments, it is the payment platform that stores and has access to these details.

5.2. I pay with Paypal

You can make payments through a Paypal account without having to enter your credit card details.

In this case, a Paypal interface will open where you can login and confirm the payment, then you will be redirected to the order summary page.

5.3. Pago con Bizum

You can make payments through a Bizum account without having to enter your card details.

In this case we will send you an email with a link to make the payment securely through Bizum.

6. PROMOTIONS

6.1. REPLANTEA promotions are not cumulative. Therefore, discount coupons will not be applied to products that have already been discounted.

7. DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT

7.1. At REPLANTEA we take every precaution to ensure that packages arrive correctly at their destination. Even so, packages or their contents may be damaged in transit. If this happens, please follow these steps: first, report the damage to the courier service as soon as you receive the items. Then report it to us. If you plan to return damaged goods, please inform us in advance using the customer service form, by email or by telephone.

8. RETURNS

8.1. The purchaser shall have 14 days from the day of delivery of the order to withdraw from the order without penalty and without having to state the reasons.

8.2. The customer shall bear the costs that may be incurred as a result of the return or exchange.

8.3. Once it has been verified that the products have arrived at the warehouse in the same condition in which they were sent, REPLANTEA will pay the customer the amount of the returned products by the same payment procedure with which the purchaser made the purchase.

8.4. For hygienic reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns of personal hygiene products, teas and infusions.

9. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

9.1. We will send the Customer their products to the delivery address given in their personal data form.

9.2. If the item is in stock when the order is placed, the period between placing the order and the delivery date will be 1/2 working days from our validation of the payment received. If the item is not in stock when the order is placed, we will contact the Customer to inform him/her accordingly. Estimated delivery times are for orders placed on the peninsula and may vary if placed from the Balearic Islands.

9.3. The Customer undertakes to ensure that he or another designated person is at the address indicated to receive the parcel. If they are not present the first time, the carrier will insist several times. If it is still not possible to deliver the order, it will be returned to us, with the consequent refund to the Customer of the payment made, minus the delivery or return of the goods, which will be at the Customer's expense.

10. PRODUCT INFORMATION

10.1. Product descriptions, photographs, drawings, data, as well as descriptions of weight, size and use or performance, contained in REPLANTEA brochures, catalogues, circulars, newsletters, advertisements and price lists are for information purposes only. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of this information.

11. FINAL CLAUSES

11.1. Applicable Law and Arbitration: This Agreement is subject to Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Parties, waiving their own jurisdiction if any, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Granada and its immediate superiors.
